1.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

1.2. Orders are accepted upon written confirmation or email confirmation from the client.

1.3. Any changes to an order after confirmation may result in additional charges and/or delays in production.

1.4. Xtreme Print by Design reserves the right to amend quoted prices in the event of unforeseen increases in material costs or other relevant factors, prior to order confirmation.

2.1. a 50% deposit on litho orders and 70% deposit on signage orders is required upon order confirmation before production begins.

2.2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the order and prior to delivery or installation.

2.3. Payments can be made by EFT, Card or Cash.

2.4. Late payments will incur a 3% interest charge per month.

2.5.  Xtreme Print by Design reserves the right to withhold or suspend work in the event of non-payment.

3.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate and print-ready artwork in Vector/PDF format with a minimum resolution of 600dpi and in CMYK color mode.

3.2. Proofs will be provided for client approval before final production.

3.3. Client approval of proofs is required before production proceeds.

3.4. Color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. 

3.5. Xtreme Print by Design is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork. 

3.6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xtreme Print by Design retains ownership of all designs created. The client owns the supplied artwork.

4.1. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.

4.2. Xtreme Print by Design is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to shipping delays, equipment malfunctions, or force majeure events. 4.3. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the final invoice.

4.4. The client is responsible for inspecting delivered goods for damage upon receipt and notifying Xtreme Print by Design within 3 working days of any damage. 

4.5. For installations, the client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is prepared according to Xtreme Print by Designs' specifications. 

4.6. Xtreme Print by Design is not responsible for damage to preexisting structures unless directly caused by negligent installation.

5.1. Xtreme Print warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. 

5.2. Xtreme Print's liability is limited to the cost of the goods or services provided. 

5.3. Xtreme Print is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 

5.4. Claims for defects must be made in writing within 3 days of discovery. 

5.5. The client agrees to indemnify Xtreme Print against any claims arising from the use of client-supplied artwork.

6.1. Xtreme Print retains ownership of all designs, copyrights, and intellectual property created by the company. 

6.2. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary copyrights and permissions for any artwork provided to Xtreme Print. 

6.3. The client is prohibited from reproducing or distributing Xtreme Prints designs without written permission.

7.1. Force Majeure: Xtreme Print is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. 

7.2. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

7.3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship.

7.4. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

7.5. Data Protection: Xtreme Print will comply with all applicable data protection laws.

8.1. Cancellations made prior to proof approval will incur a 20% cancellation fee. 

8.2. Cancellations made after proof approval will be charged for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
